Are you “all in”?

  • Committed to customer success - working directly with our customers both during the sales process as well as through the entire repayment experience of their car loan.
  • Continued contact with existing customers to generate referrals and expand our market share. Additional prospecting and networking is required to be successful in this position.

“A Player” qualifications we look for would include:

  • Previous customer service experience - especially from a bar/restaurant setting - some of our best employees have restaurant or hospitality backgrounds! Folks with previous sales experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort and competence with computers and learning new computer programs
  • Familiarity with social media, comfortable being on camera and help bring new marketing ideas to the table
  • Eagerness to meet and greet new people - a KEY part of this position is working with present customers to generate leads through referrals. Folks that are not interested in shaking hands and generating leads to further their sales need not apply.
  • A valid driver's license with a near-perfect driving record for the last five years (to qualify for our insurance standards)
  • An eager and motivated attitude to succeed within a high-performance team to meet company goals

Your usual responsibilities would include:

  • Generating leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Meeting and greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process
  • Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
  • Presenting financing options and explaining terms to customers, especially those with challenging credit histories
  • Closing sales and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
  • Keeping up on lot maintenance and basic vehicle maintenance for cars on the front line

No auto sales experience necessary! In fact, I would prefer to train you as we are much different from traditional auto sales. There are great opportunities for advancement within the company, and our culture focuses on a supportive team environment with a commitment to performing our best.

Pay: Competitive commission program multiple bonus opportunities every month.

  • There is a guaranteed training pay for the first 3 months of employment
  • All team members enjoy fully paid health insurance, 2 weeks of paid time off per year, and matching retirement.
